You can return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the date of the sales invoice, without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Returns of products whose original box has been damaged, which have lost their ability to be resold, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. Products must be returned complete and undamaged, along with standard accessories, if any. Before returning your returned products, please send a message containing your invoice number and order number to our e-mail address or contact (customer services) department, stating the reason for your return. Customer services will contact you via the e-mail you sent, and you will be informed how to return the product. Transportation costs to be paid for the return will be covered by the consumer.
Products Damaged During Transportation:
To detect the product damaged during transportation, open the order delivered to your door in the presence of the cargo officer and compare it with the invoice. Check for any errors, omissions or damage. If there is any damage or deficiency in the product you have purchased, indicate it in the report you will keep with the help of the cargo officer and deliver the product to the cargo officer. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you have received the product in full and no refund will be made. Returns of products sent without receipts, invoices and records are not accepted by our company. Our company will attempt to refund the product price to the customer's credit card within 14 days following the receipt of these documents. (Note: This site is not responsible for any problems caused by the bank in returning the product.) If you request, you can replace your product that was damaged during transportation with another product of the same or equivalent value. Defective Products:
Please send a message containing your invoice and order numbers to our e-mail address or using the contact section, stating the faults of defective products that were not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application of the product. If customer service deems your justification appropriate, they will send the product you purchased along with your invoice to the company for testing. At the end of the examination, if the report from the company shows no defects in the tested product, a doctor's report explaining the allergy status is requested from the consumer. If the received doctor's report is delivered to customer services, another product at the same price or payment cancellation is made according to the consumer's request.
For defective products, the transportation costs of the returned product will be covered by us.
